Off to Italy
Yes, thats right...today I leave for Italy!! We are taking a night train to Milan and will then be in Florence for 2 nights, Pisa / Cinqua Terre for 1 day/night, and then back to Paris by way of Milan early on Monday the 18th. I will try to check e-mail while gone so feel free to drop me a line if you want :)

Hey, I will be in Cinque Terre this weekend too! You can't miss us--46 Americans in the farthest Eastern town. We are staying Friday, Saturday, and leaving at 2 on Sunday. If you will be in by then, e-mail me and I will try to connect with you! FUN stuff...

Both warnings are quite valid ...but I wish I had known more about the trains...a few were very nice, but last night there were so many people on our train from Monterosso to Milan that we STOOD in the passageway between the cars for 3.5 HOURS!!!! Nice system Italy, nice.
