Dijon, Aix-les-Bains, Annecy, Lyon

Since living in France, I have done my fair share of traveling...but most of it has been to explore other countries. This weekend I get the chance to make up for some lost time. We are traveling (by car) to Lyon for a 4 day work conference...and the lady I am riding with said she would like to leave a day early and gave me "carte blanche" in planning everything we see and do before the conference starts on Saturday. So, it was pretty strenuous, but I finally settled on staying in a small village in the French Alps. We leave tomorrow morning before sunrise...stories & pictures to come!
